Design & approvals

The building is constructed to the approved drawings, with checks at each stage and regular reporting.
Handover

What is a design and build company?
A design and build company is responsible for both designing and constructing a building under one contract. Instead of appointing an architect and a contractor separately, the client deals with one company that answers for the drawings, the cost and the finished building.
Which areas does Fortis Design & Build work in?
Fortis is based in Blue Area, Islamabad, and works in Islamabad and Rawalpindi as well as on projects elsewhere in Pakistan.
Can you handle a project if I live outside Pakistan?
Yes. We act as a single point of contact in Pakistan, handle design, approvals and construction, and agree regular progress reporting at the start, so you can follow the project and make decisions from abroad.
Do you handle building approvals?
Yes. We prepare the drawings and submissions required for approval by the relevant authority, such as the CDA in Islamabad or the approving body of a private housing scheme.
